Audits And Assurance
This is the major service offered by us. We have a vast experience of rendering various audit and assurance services to NGOs, International as well as National, working both in Afghanistan and Pakistan, Limited Liability Companies, Government Corporations and various other organizations. The firm maintains a high standard of professional ethics, confidentiality, independence and probity. These assurance services include mainly:
- Annual External Audits of Financial Statements;
- Programmes/Projects Audits on behalf of Donors;
- Internal Audit;
- Special Audit.
Project Audits
We have an extensive experience in conducting Donors funded Programmes/Projects and hence are well versed with the financial and reporting requirements of almost all the Donors presently working in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Capacity Building, Training and Education
The key factor to the success of any business or organisation is its people management. Good management is essential not only at inception of a business but also throughout the changing phases of business life. Management must keep pace with the various phases of an organisation to be able to serve its needs effectively. The need for regular appraisal is therefore paramount. We carry out the following trainings & appraisals:
- Accounting systems reviews and studies to appraise the effectiveness of present systems and advice on them;
- Financial management to advise on the best mix of financing structure as well as the management of working capital. Providing financial management trainings, especially designed to cater the specific management needs of the organization;
- Advise on IT strategies including the selection of advice on appropriate equipment and the requisite computer software that will do the job in the most desired manner. Tax Advisory and Corporate Services
We advise our clients on major changes in taxation regulations that arise from time to time and how these changes do or are likely to affect their business. Professional staff under the direct supervision of Mr. Zeeshan Ali, FCA has been providing tax and corporate consultancy to the utmost satisfaction of the clients. These services include:
- Incorporation of Companies under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance, 1984;
- Registration of organizations with AISA and other regulatory bodies in Afghanistan;
- Filing of various returns and documents required by the Companies Ordinance, 1984 of Pakistan;
- Filing of Annual Income Tax Returns as well as various statements required to be submitted under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 of Pakistan and Afghanistan Income Tax Law.;
- Outsourcing of Monthly tax calculations, payments & filings on behalf of clients on E. Filing portal of Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan
